for anyone having issues after installing the game and it says please insert disc, search google for daemon tools lite and download it. then mount the oblivion image to the drive and there you go.

To get the Binkw32.dll, you can go to dll-files.com and search which dll you want, then download it. It will download as a .rar file, so I suggest that you have WinRAR to unRAR it. Once you finish downloading and unRARing, just open the folder that it’s in and then you have the RAR file that you want.
